Summary
### Team Communication & Coordination - Sabra has been inactive recently, making frequent trips home - No clear communication about availability - Failed to complete sales tax license request from last Tuesday - Setting up Teams group for better communication tracking - Need to establish clearer ground rules and expectations ### Sales Tax Compliance Update - Hit Louisiana sales tax threshold, now required to file - Currently only charging sales tax in California, Montana, Oregon - Economic nexus law varies by state ($100K-$500K thresholds) - Sabra assigned to get sales tax license but hasn’t started ### System Issues & Bug Fixes - Edge scaffolding listing has incorrect address but can’t save changes - “Fail to update business” error persists despite cache clearing - Business information fields not saving properly for existing listings - Need backend improvements for better functionality ### Task Management Improvements - Missing “assigned by” field in current task system - Need document upload capability for tasks - Mo requesting video link field for Loom recordings - Want ability to add URLs and anchor text within task descriptions - Notes section too hidden, needs better visibility ### Data Validation Process - Mo using Codex automation to extract NAP data from Google searches - Verifying all URLs work before adding listings - Found duplicate issue with Action Equipment (acquired by Wacko) - Process includes automated text generation with manual review ### Supplier Listing Workflow - Mo marks listings as “complete” when finished - Darren reviews using “review” tab, marks as “in progress” or “reviewed” - Need to add assignment handoff when Mo marks complete - Logo uploads needed with proper naming conventions (lowercase, dashes, no spaces) - File format should be .webp for speed optimization ### Enhancement Features Discussion - Current AI enhancement tool limited and prone to hallucination - Proposed improvements: 1. Use Fire Crawl to get complete sitemap first 2. Let user select which pages to scrape 3. Enhanced validation of existing URLs - Consider adding directory searches (Blue Book, Sky Folder) - Logo extraction needs separate workflow from description enhancement ### Colorado Progress & Next Steps - Expanded from 25 to 39 listings in Colorado - Goal to complete Colorado this week - Utah selected as next state after Colorado completion - Mo will provide Loom videos for remaining issues by end of day ### Action Items - Nick: Fix saving errors for business information updates - Nick: Add “assigned by” field to task system - Nick: Create video link and document upload fields for tasks - Nick: Implement Fire Crawl sitemap feature for better URL selection - Mo: Create Loom videos documenting remaining system issues - Mo: Continue Colorado listings completion this week - Darren: Review completed listings and provide feedback on enhancement quality --- Chat with meeting transcript: [https://notes.granola.ai/t/63aaadd8-3a32-40d5-95e2-852bf34b5b19](https://notes.granola.ai/t/63aaadd8-3a32-40d5-95e2-852bf34b5b19)

I don't know how much you want.
To pay attention to any of that stuff, but sent you up a group teams as well because we seem to communicate pretty regularly.
One, I can see when they're online when I say they're talking about Sabra.
As well.
But she has been a little bit inactive.
In recent weeks. I don't know what's going on.
Yeah, making a lot of trips home.
And different things. And I think she did it.
California, and it got back and including Tennessee, although on the same weekend.
Kind of weird.
But.
You're not making any rules.
You know, I wasn't being that strict with her, especially in the beginning.
But I might have to set some ground rules. And it's, you know, like anything else.
Should have done that in the beginning.
Much harder to do it after the fact.
But I thought we had a thought we had a pretty good understanding.
Yeah.
But even like right now, I don't know what the hell she's doing today.
Just simply inactive. She was online.
Point, and I've got to do on some other.
Tedious petty stuff. I've met my threshold in Louisiana.
From a sales standpoint.
And now I have to file for a sales tax license and file.
Sales tax.
And charge charge tax. Because up to this point.
The only place I charge sales tax on any of my sales is California, Montana.
And I think Oregon.
Because of the economic nexus law.
Which says that until you meet a threshold in every state's different until you need a threshold.
Anywhere from a hundred thousand to five hundred thousand or X amount of receipts in each one of those states, I don't have to collect nor pay.
Sales tax.
It's been.
A nice little thing that I didn't have to, because file and sales tax, I mean, it's really not that big a deal, but it just takes time.
And you have to remember, put it in your calendar.
So I've got saber getting me a sales tax license, and there's typically not much to it.
But I asked her to do that, like last Tuesday.
She says this morning, I haven't even looked into it. I'm like, well, then.
That's not your normal.
Normal response.
And now I'm getting a little bit concerned because I don't see.
Oh, here he is.
Yeah, find the invite link.
Okay, bear with me a second. I'm gonna have to kind of.
See if I can add him right now.
This is one. I didn't want to experience experiment with you on the call because now he can.
Get in for some reason.
Bear with me, Nick.
El.
Sending this again. The link is right in.
You're gonna see it again.
I'm not gonna take you off. It's right.
In the body of the email.
He said he found.
It. Okay, he's probably waiting. Let's see.
There we go.
There we go.
Good evening, mohsin. You there?
Hey, I'm here. Can you hear me?
Yes, we can hear you. Thank you.
How are you? Yeah, let me introduce you.
Nick.
How do you say your name, mohsin?
It's motion.
But you can call me more for easier pronunciation.
Mo.
All right.
Nice to meet you.
Ist to meet you.
Too.
Do we need cameras on or is it fine like this?
No, I think this is fine right now,
I don't mean to be just.
Strict and coordinated today, but I've got a lot of my play. I know Nick's pretty busy. So what we're gonna do.
I'll let you guys get into small talk later if you want to.
But let's start with you sharing your screen, if you wouldn't mind.
Kind of walk us through. I know you've done it with me.
But it seems like you have maybe come up with some other.
Easier. And specifically what we want to talk about is, you know, we'll review a couple that maybe you've got some questions about as far as the suppliers go. But tell us what's working and what would make it easier on your side. And then again, with Nick on the call, you know, you and you and he are really of the similar caliber when it comes to AI and how it works. And hence why I wanted you to share your, your documents. And again, I don't even know what to call them in the document. I've got them here.
Yep, they're all there.
Okay. The for, from my end, the only issue we have right now is, for example, we take this listing or. No, let's go back to the own.
Circle.
Hey, Nick, are you able to follow along with him as yours fast enough?
He's not looking too quickly through anything.
I can see it and again following.
Okay, so this is the listing that is edge scaffolding service. And this business is in a different location from what it says here. This address is incorrect. So it should be a quick and easy job to fix this. For example, I'm not sure about the spelling here, but.
It doesn't let you save the changes here.
Fail to update business. I tried cookie erase and hard reset and all of that. So it's not working one. And then all of the other things that I have are all backend related to make this better.
Some feedback that then told me to add and to tasks right here.
But it's a, this is a bit confusing only because we don't have a section for assigned by.
So this is these two. And then here we don't have information on who's uploading which documents. So we need that as well.
So this is about it. So as so far, but yeah.
I think those are all very good.
Comments, most.
I can fix any of this stuff very quickly. It sounds like you're pretty knowledgeable about clod code and all that stuff.
So anything that you're, you know, I'm not using this as much as you are.
Yeah. Yep.
So you're going to probably find the errors, little things like that that don't work.
So don't be shy. Just put them all down.
Exactly. I wanted to know what would be the best way to communicate with you.
On this feedback. What would make your life easier, how I can send that feedback to you there and I said that the best way to go this is just going into tasks and assigning tasks to.
Yeah, I think that's the best. I mean, I handle a bunch of different my own lists and different projects like this.
So probably to keep it organized, just put it all here.
We can make this better because this was just a very preliminary task list that me and Darren created a couple, you know, a month ago or so.
Like the assigned buy. That's a good feedback. But we could make this, you know, very custom to what we need.
I mean, that's, that's amazing stuff with this cloud code. We can probably make the task list ideal for you, me and Darren.
Based on our workflows.
So I think let's use this and then we can try to make this a little bit easier.
Yeah.
Okay.
So I can list down all of the things I need in here. I've added a few tasks, but they got lost somewhere. They should be in these tags.
Yeah. Can't edit supply listings. Developer improvements. They went down.
Yeah.
One, one thing I would say, though, is that I'm, I really like the loom videos.
That's why I use to communicate to different people in clients. So if you, if anything is a little confusing rather than try to type it out, I don't know. You can just download lume and just make me a 30 second recording. Then I can see the problem.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Yeah.
I have no my user.
I can send over Loom multiple looms by the end of today for you to review and make fixes. I'll add them here in the task list for therein to see as well at the same time.
Got it. Yeah. The one you just, anything you show me now, you don't need to do that again. So, like the saving edit, I just, I see your problem and assigned by. I understand that. That's good.
Okay.
Okay.
So those I understand.
And then some. Yeah. And then I'll also start making a list.
And. Yeah, then go for it.
I was going to say, well, let me jump in while we're on this subject real quick because, Nick, can one of the requests that we talked about last week was also to attach a file to these tasks. And just since you guys bring up loom, is that a situation where we could put the link right in this task as well?
Yes. This is what I will be doing.
Well, I think what darren's saying, a good idea is just I'll make a field. Like if you create new at hit add a new task.
Mo.
Yeah.
If you hit that, why don't we just have more? A little more to this. So I'll make another field for a video link.
Yes. A field for attaching docs as well.
And then.
Attaching docks. Okay.
Yep. We need, I need to attach, let's say documents, MD files and a place where I could just add URLs. If you could, like, if I could select this and control K.
Or.
No add links embed somehow, if that's possible.
You mean just like reference links in here?
Yeah. And if I want to add them to text, so they are easy to view or click if that's possible.
Maybe make me a loom video of another tool that does that and I can probably try to copy.
It.
Let me show you an example. For example, this is a chart with my client.
Like.
I tried most and I select this control shift key motion.
That's how basically anchor text.
Okay, so in the, in the basically text field, you just want to be able to add.
Yeah.
A, a link, a link basically to anything.
Well, again, let's.
Let's make sure that it works for everybody, because I think what Nick was suggesting was just another field that had a link in it.
Yep. Would that work for you as well?
That would work for me perfectly. Easy. Yeah.
But I would need an attachment option to add docs.
Because there are certain scenarios where I need to add those in.
Got it.
Yeah, I think last week he sent me a screenshot of, of the air he kept getting when he tried editing that edge scaffold. I caught that in a review.
And noticed. I only thought Edge had one location, but in reality they have two.
So. Okay, good.
Other than that, I've been adding more listings. I just finished four more. I'm going to add them.
And if I find any more feedback for Nick, I will add in loom videos.
Okay, perfect.
Well, let's do. Go ahead.
I'm just one question move with the scaffold supplier list.
Just is that very efficient for you? Is there anything else? Like go to the suppliers. I think during, I try to come up with some ideas to add tags and add some things for you.
Yes.
Yes.
But if you, if there's something that makes this faster, like, let's just, you know, we can add.
Yes.
Stuff very quickly so you can make your workflow just easier.
Oh, yeah. Just one more edit I remembered.
That was adding the notes box right here as well. So if I wanted to save a note, I could easily type it out instead of just opening one more box here.
It's really hidden.
In my opinion. That's one thing.
Got it.
Or you could make it more visible if you could work on visibility. That's fine.
Too.
It might be good. Yeah. Note somewhere. I mean, Darren on this screen, you know, this is mostly the stuff that we're going to update for the.
Customer facing directory.
But some of these are internal tools as well. So I just don't want to confuse the two.
But they didn't mention that.
No, I agree with you. Scroll down real quick. Mo. Okay, so this is where we select all the.
Sections.
Because basically anything we adjust here, essentially, I want us to know that we're affecting the website.
Yes.
But then some of this stuff is just for you, me and Mo to just communicate, you know, are things verified? Are they, you know, is there something going on with this vendor?
So I just, I think we need to figure out how to separate the two so we don't get confused.
Yeah, that's true.
Yeah.
So note, I don't know. Yeah, I agree. It's kind of hidden.
Are you, what are you using that mo for to communicate to Darren something or yourself?
Basically, I'm adding in all of the changes or errors I find in here for daring to review.
Anytime when he's looking into work and trying to review the edits I've made so far. So this is basically backlog. Yeah. Yeah. And you bring up a good point, Mo. Go ahead and open up that note real quick.
I mean, three days ago.
Yeah. While all this is good information.
I don't know that I have an opinion about it yet.
But as, you know, I've only reviewed maybe half a dozen.
Of these so far.
It's just, to me, it's just a lot of reading.
Where are you getting this?
And, and not that it's a big deal. I just don't know what's going to be the, the best Avenue because it looks like you're just kind of a copy and pasting your results in there is, is what you look at my current screen.
This is codex. So basically, I have it like when I started today.
I made it go through these four. No, not these four.
Yeah. So it sent over white cap all seasonals white, white different location, United rentals and action. I found out action is whack acquired and we already have wacko. So I move these four and then I got it to basically.
Do a Google search for nap.
In a new tab.
I was watching it do it, and then it extracted all the data for me.
After I got it through, got it to remove all of the got it remove action equipment from it. Then I asked it to go through the CEO, let's change it over here in our admin and see if I have any duplicates. And it mentioned the edge scaffolding one as an issue. So I ignored it.
I told it, okay, leave it for now. Create these notes.
To add in here.
So I created the next set of nodes with the nap data and I made sure everything is perfect, made sure all of the URLs that listed in here worked.
And now I'm going to use another automation bot. I'm after adding these nodes to the four new businesses.
I'm going to send a message for businesses added with four new notes names of the businesses, and it's going to go and make the text on its own. And I'm going to review after it's done.
So this is how I'm moving.
And making sure that the source is verified every time before I add these nodes.
So it's basically a step in my automation as well.
But it's not a step I need.
Basically.
Well, no, but I will commend you in one of the ones that I reviewed and forgive me. I don't know the name of it.
But in one of them, I noticed it was, it was like a white cap or a brock or something of that nature, even a safe way.
Yeah. Where, where your link, your website link that it captured. And this is a compliment.
Because my first, first time I clicked on it, I was, you know, I first saw the URL and I was like, no, that's not the right URL. But once I clicked on it, I noticed it was taking you to, like I said, either a brand or Brock that has multiple locations across the US and you were referencing the exact location that, that you were researching. So spot on. That was perfect.
Thank you.
So there you go. This is my process. And I'm making sure everything is on point and accurate number, data, name, address, wise. So this is my process and I'm doing, it's making my life easier. I just have to watch it work.
And it's doing pretty fast as well.
It seems to be kind of walk us through as, as you can extract all this data. Show, Nick, how are you, are now going in and updating that data on scaffold exchange, specifically the filters list. How are you having to do that?
Okay, I can show you. Hold on. I can just ask this one to do it.
A.
Play is listening.
Here.
You can review the thinking here. This is what I, what I always do because I need to make sure it's on the right thought process.
So it takes a bit of time. But if you like less than six or five companies and just keep watching, it's fun to do.
It's opened all seasons rental.
As you can see, it's going to scroll down, take its time.
When you actually see them putting check marks in there, well, can you actually see that?
You will be able to see it? Look, it moved its black mouse and now it made its first take, second tick. It's going to do all three at once because the viewing portion.
Can be sometimes different.
So it's going to do this.
The whole list.
And it's not a big one for this one.
So it's probably done right now.
I'll avoid the validate first filters unless we have stronger evidence. So it has a few filters that need validation.
I'm going to go in and do those.
Oh, it marked it as complete, but that's okay. I'm going to go and do those.
And then it's going to be done in five minutes. Let's see.
So it's done.
That we clarify.
When it's saving? I just saw the error failed to validate. Is it.
Is the data saving?
Sometimes it says the text, sometimes it doesn't.
Yeah. All seasons.
Find.
Er. So it marks complete. It saved DLC. It saved it.
And then.
S? Some fields are not saving.
Maybe.
It's just a business information that doesn't save. If I want to change this website number or address, I can't anymore.
But when I create it and make sure it's fine, perfect, then there's no issues.
So.
I'm going to go here.
You know what?
Hey, mud, did you, I think darren said he might have showed you that. You know, I put a very preliminary enhance with AI where it could basically, I think, use fire crawl to scrape the site for a description.
At the top.
It might be faster.
To put this little workflow that you've made in codecs just right to our tool.
So you don't even need to use this side. I mean, it's great to use this side thing to get on automation that works.
But then we maybe just take this, and then at the top.
We can enhance the, we could make that enhance with AI more robust.
Yes.
If you found an automation prompt that works better.
Let's run a quick little test. Don't back out of this one yet.
Yep. Let's run a quick little test. So this one is done and saved.
Right.
Yep.
Can you go ahead and let's, let's run enhance AI again.
And let's see if it finds, finds anything real quick.
Have you done that before?
I have stopped doing that because it did hallucinate a lot. As I mentioned before, but I can do it right now so we can. Yeah, let's just see what it.
What it comes up with. Since you've done it that way.
Okay.
Curious.
While it takes the time, I'm going to go ahead and do one thing real quick. Give me one second.
All right, you're fine.
I appreciate twice.
Is that how you verify it?
This is one method.
But if I come up with something here real quick, then I have a very fast checkup. But if not, then I go in here, try to find out.
Service.
Website.
I mean.
What we really probably should do is indicate which of these websites are current but maybe need a overhaul.
That's a good idea.
A lot of these clients, I mean, Mo, I think you, you know, know a little bit about what's doing, but he can help a lot of these customers stuff, and we could probably make a script there and that makes a very quick, better landing page for anything that looks terrible.
Absolutely.
Where it might be another way where when you contact them and say, hey, you know what?
For no charge, we just created a, an enhanced landing page that.
You could use for, you know, Google ads, you could use for.
To tie into lead plus.
Right.
Because of this industry is so backwards that they're probably putting no money into enhancing stuff from probably, you know, a decade ago whenever they built this website.
We could probably immediately help them very easily.
One thing I meant, I would like to mention, Nick, the enhance from website results are not scrollable. So I can't see anything below what's it showing right now.
The only way we can get the all of this data is if I press somehow select all of it.
To the bottom.
Let's see if I go all the way down.
Yeah, I went down.
Yeah. Okay.
Now I'll copy it from here and then paste it in the doc here.
Oh, yeah. There was another way.
Zoom out all the way, but it's not doing zoom out.
Here.
Yep. So this is one thing and then it's got the address at here.
Let's scroll up, Mo. What is it? What's it giving us at the top? What is this little note?
I'm.
Going.
Yeah.
Okay.
What is this?
So basically it's saying, it's saying the about contact and about us page all written four or four hours.
No scaffolding equipment, scaffolding services or scaffolding related manufacturers are mentioned anywhere on the site. The company primary offering or equipment rentals. We've checked out those ones.
And then tax anomaly matches are very limited due to the non scaffolding nature of the business equipment rentals, equipment sales, equipment repairs, use equipment sales.
Yeah. There you go. It didn't do anything else. So it seems fine.
Well, I think what it's doing, we should make this prompt a lot better, but I think it's looking for the standard URLs, so which probably do not exist in a lot of cases.
Yep.
What we could probably do if we wanted to be super complete.
Let me go to the, go to their website. Let's just see what pages, for example, this guy has.
Go, go to the seasons one. Yeah. So they have, I guess if we were doing this like humans, what would we do? What pages would we look at?
Here you go.
Yeah.
The first thing I would do. Yeah, then go ahead.
I got a rentals.
Rentals or sales.
And this is where we founded a couple other times.
And although there may not.
Be.
Yeah.
See right there rentals. Is that clickable rental sales service?
Moving lifts?
Trenches and exaggerators, wood and tree machines, outdoor water painting, lawn care construction site tools, safety PPE equipment.
This is good for us. And then concrete masonry lawn, garden shop tools, accessory supplies.
Nothing specifically scaffold.
What it's hard, what's hard. Do me a favor and go to arvada rentals real quick.
So go to rbata rentals. One you just recently added.
Yep.
Let's go to their website.
And those.
See, there you go.
Website.
Yes.
Let's look for scaffolding on here. Rentals.
Use equipment.
Yeah.
It's going to be.
Scaffolding listed here.
Yes, they have two scaffolds. They do.
Yep.
So see, my fear is, nick, with, with these little rental houses, which, again, I think we want to keep them Incorporated, although they, they really don't fit the, the criteria for, you know, large scaffold companies.
And things of that nature. And, and I see it as maybe an evolution down the road when we want to maybe, you know, separate out equipment, you know, to find, you know, backhoes and lawnmowers and things, you know, maybe another evolution of it down the road. But in the meantime.
We found it on our batter rentals.
I kind of want to leave those guys in because that's all of them.
That do those kind of equipment rentals typically have those two types of scaffold. They're the most common. They're really designed for private homeowners and not necessarily catering to, you know, general contractors, although, you know, some of the smaller guys would probably use some of their equipment. It's, it's sort of that extremely high rate as well.
So I don't want to necessarily remove them.
But if we don't find scaffolding on their site, just like we did with all seasons. Yep. What's your, what's your thoughts? Do we, do we leave them there?
They may not be.
Searchable through a filters list.
But they, they still may be.
I don't know, paying customer down the road.
I mean, think about it. If there's someone that's looking up all seasons for their work related to construction and they're on scaffold exchange for some reason, they've seen all seasons there.
But they have now, now the option to review others. They came onto the site because of all seasons.
But now they have other rentals as well at the same time to review. So it's another solution we're giving at the same time as a part of the scaffold solution to the customers.
I think it's fine.
We can keep these.
Yeah, I would agree. I think, I think the more the merrier, Darren, unless they're completely out of, you know,
Exactly.
There's nothing to do with it. Maybe take them off.
But I think even a small, maybe we have a simple weight identify that this is kind of a small potatoes rental house or for home projects.
Okay.
Or.
You know, but they, they might have something.
And I think our site is going to be indexed very well. So the more of these pages on our website.
I think the better because, like, most said, they come in through this and they actually find something better.
I like it.
I was going to say also, Mo, if you go back, I'm just thinking, go back to your.
Yeah.
Thank you so much.
The enhanced with AI crawl, because I think what we can do. So, like, what this is doing, it's probably pretty primitive right now.
Yep.
Where it's, it's using.
It's going to their website, it's looking for those common URLs about us, contact, blah, blah, blah. A lot of these websites probably don't have these pages.
Which doesn't. So it's finding this rent. It's not finding those other random pages, the rental page.
And what we could.
It's not hallucinating right now.
But I would say that if we added one small change into this, basically, as you can see here, codex is working.
It's looking.
Up the scaffold companies itself.
And if I go back here to the last page, it was on while there was talking, it looked up this Savage scaffold and equipment. It's found a potential candidate for us. Now, the benefit here is I had.
A live confirmation of the data. It has extracted something very good. And the number address and business name won't differ from its original Google business listing. This is the only gap we have within our enhanced AI.
Now. If it could extract the nap data, it would become one click work at this point.
Did that make sense to you?
In that data. Go back to yours. So what are, what is your script doing? It's going to Google business.
Yes, it's basically opening up google.com.
And looking up the scaffold services through its own thought process, and then it brings a potential candidate this way with the gbp showing up right next to the chart.
So I can verify the data.
Now, if I ask it to go, go into scaffold exchange and add this data, it will do it in a second.
But it, it found this Savage. I'm just, is that the same as all the other one you were just looking at the all seasons or that's different.
This is a different candidate. It's not all seasons.
Let's see.
Look at. Well, I was thinking, I, I think that's a good point. I mean, this, yeah, this, but go back to the all seasons one just to maybe clean up the prompt internally. Like, go back to. Yeah.
I can.
Yeah.
What we could do is we click, like, maybe enhance with website, maybe what it should do before it starts hallucinating and it's not finding these pages. Like, it didn't scrape these pages because those pages don't exist.
Maybe what it should do is we could scrape basically the sitemap or use fire crawl to give a quick list of the URLs it finds on that website.
And then you select them so it will say, mo, you know, we filed these 10 pages.
Which of these 10? One, two, all of them.
Okay.
Do you want to use to gather information about this business?
Would you like to add more URLs?
And then.
Yeah, well, ideally we'll find all the euros. So we could, have you ever used that fire crawl API?
I haven't.
It's a, another tool where I'm paying for anyway, so I can, I built it kind of into this.
But it can crawl a website very quickly. It's not going to give us data, but it could give us, like, the sitemap.
Okay.
Yes.
And most of these websites are pretty simple. They don't have a lot of pages.
Yeah.
So it could give us immediately, like here, mo here are the URLs on this website. Here's the URL, here's the title, here's the link.
That makes sense.
Maybe with checkbox next to them. You could say, mo, which of these do you want to use for.
Your enhancements?
And then it could kind of validate that those pages are legitimate.
And then, because right now, I think it's not finding them and then it's just making up something or other.
But I think if we just make, we made sure that you are alls exist.
Because that might be step one. And then step two, you could choose which of them do you want to get used to gather.
Then step three is basically you confirm that and then it populates as much as it can with the pages that you choose.
To something like that.
Well,
And that's, that's assuming that the URLs are specific to each of the products, and they've got their website set up that they're specific. What if, what if a URL of another page has something.
Representing scaffolding on it that's not on the proper page? It's just, it's just assuming they're setting up their website correctly.
Is, am I understanding that correct?
Right now. That's what this is doing. It's looking for these generic.
Kind of most common URLs.
But these don't exist in all cases. So what I'm saying is change this a little bit so we make it where step one before it enhances, it looks at the website.
And it says here, Darren, here are their 30 pages.
They're different URLs for everybody.
And then it says, hey, Darren, of these 30 pages, which of these do you want to use to enhance the description?
The, you know, filter boxes, all the stuff that we want.
And you'll, you'll know how to pick which one of those pages are the right ones.
And then.
Well, you could select, you know, some of them might be very clear that they're talking about, like, you know, say it's slash water slides or whatever, you know, you might say, okay, that's garbage. We don't need it, but you'll select the URLs that make the most sense.
Alternatively, we scrape the whole thing and look at every single page.
But, well, but what if they have a blog or some of these pages might have hundreds of random junk that we're going to pay to scrape? Like, say they have a whole catalog of these skews.
That's kind of where I'm going.
We don't necessarily want to scrape the hole, you know, 1000 random little parts.
It would exhaust our API.
I guess.
Yeah, I think that's, that's where dare we. I mean, right now I'm banking this stuff because it's on my tools.
But every little search is an API credit.
So we have to be kind of efficient. You know, we don't want to just scrape the whole internet.
And then is it possible that we could add some directories? It could 100 source if the brand is existing there because some data is different there.
Like blue book and sky folder, something like that.
And procreate.
Meaning you're going to look up this company on another directory.
Yeah, that's what I do.
And my bot comes up with those links if they exist, but they don't right now in this scenario.
But if we had the enhanced fire crawl to the scrape for those as well, if they exist, they could get, it could extract the remaining data from there as well at the center.
Yeah, we could do that. We certainly can do that.
Okay.
Yeah. All of these ideas are good, mo, and I think it's great that you have good understanding of this stuff so we can, I think what we want to do is work together to make this as quick as possible.
Okay.
Perfect.
Because then we'll get to the more meaningful stuff. I mean, ultimately we need to make some money from this business for it to make sense.
Yes.
So we kind of are in step one, which is just make the data fairly high quality.
Yep.
And then, then we'll think of a lot more cool stuff we could do. That would be probably more interesting and probably profitable.
Yes. That makes absolute sense. Only one more thing. I just remembered, as you were talking, is that all seasons rentals does have a logo.
And for the logo, it's not.
Which website does this open?
There's a different website in the mix now.
Okay.
So they have a logo. And if I were to copy them, press.
This is their.
Number. It didn't extract the, it's not distracting the right logo for the picture as well as the invention.
This one.
Profile logo.
Where did, where did it get that lo?
I, I personally put that one in.
I see. Okay.
Yeah.
For, so, for example, if you go into any of the other listings, somewhere it's broken, somewhere it view scenery.
The ladder itself, the scaffold itself.
Yeah, that'd be a whole nother scrape. Like the, a lot of these came, oh, from, I did a very simple Google Maps scrape.
So the pictures that it has on a lot of these are just a reference to the Google Maps.
You know, primary image that that business uploaded.
Which are probably not great. They're just some random little picture or photograph.
I think we'd want their logos, but we have to crop them, you know, per the square. So the view looks, you know, right.
We might, we might want to do that on another. We could do another enhancements where maybe if we make a prompt for how to get logos for these, like most of the websites probably have one.
Every website has a logo URL.
Basically.
I walked through it with most in the other day.
Because I thought the, the few that I did do with the, the AI enhance.
I swear, I mean, I can't guarantee it, but I swear that it, it pulled the logos over when I did the AI enhance.
But when I demonstrated it for mo, it didn't do it on that one.
Yeah.
Yeah. Okay.
I think we probably that enhance, I think maybe we'll separate these functions a little bit because I think I just made, I said, give me an enhancement prompt that uses the, it's using anthropics API mode to do that.
Okay.
It's, that's not probably the best because I don't think it actually looks at all these web pages, so it probably is hallucinating.
But maybe the combination of fire crawl with that, but maybe bring it. I think I'm going to take the logo function out of that enhancement and make that a secondary thing.
Yeah.
That could be a better way to go about it.
Okay. But we can do that. So I think anything that's going to take us a lot of time.
But one, one thing I'd like to add on the prior discussion we were just having is that the logo picture is a URL itself.
So if you're crawling URLs in the first step, you could add in a command line to find the logo URL listed as well.
At the same time.
Because it can go to any logo. If it's able to identify it there or within the site map somehow.
It can give us the WordPress link or some other for whatever website we are scrolling.
Okay, I think ideally tier we would want to get some of them maybe referencing a URL.
As opposed to downloading that file. So we probably need to download it so we have a, we actually have the file on our, in our database.
Yeah.
Otherwise, if they change the URL or they take it down, it's going to break our logos.
So I think we need to find the URL and then basically download it and then upload it to our own.
That makes sense.
I could take care of that.
I could take care of it.
Okay.
Yeah.
Then you're going to have to.
Edit the file like you say to fit, fit.
Manually. It's okay.
Everything is being automated. So a little bit of my work is also good.
We could also make their logo better, Darren, so you can tell them we've improved it.
Nick's always thinking how we're going to make money.
Yeah, that, that's a good mindset in my eyes.
For more.
Darren.
That's right. That's right. Yeah.
The more we can make more, the more we can keep you.
Great.
And we're all here to make money.
So.
Isn't that the truth? That's all it's about, isn't it?
Yep.
So this is what my working is so far. I can make a small list of things we discussed so far.
And send it over to you or. And then you can.
Get on all of these fixes.
First.
Yeah, I made some notes, so.
Okay, perfect. Perfect.
Yeah.
I'm all about mode, like, not at doing. You can tell me and then you kind of give me the job to do.
That's great.
I don't want you to have to waste a lot of time documenting things as long as I understand what it is.
Perfect. So.
That would be great. Thank you so much.
Okay, perfect. Well, am I driving force is, is even, as Nick mentioned, you know, we've got 1300 and, and I don't know if you notice, Nick, but, you know, we started out with 25 in Colorado and with, with procore and another scrape that most and done.
Had completed. We're now up to 35 in Colorado.
So more than that.
Awesome. Well, actually, you know what Mo, did you see?
39.
I don't know if it helps you, but we made a little way to sign these locations. Like, if, I don't know how you're keeping yourself organized or you're just doing state by state.
But it would be nice. Are you doing state by state? Okay, so I think it would be good if we had a kind of an understanding, like Colorado is.
State by state.
Dumb eventually.
And then we just date. Are you guys marking them at some point where we know what's done, what's not.
Yep.
Well, I'm marking these as complete as I go.
It?
Okay.
Having the board.
So it's going to be complete for all listings by the end of today.
And all the false flags, I need confirmation what I need to do with those to delete those things.
Sure.
Darren, is that clear to you? And he marks a complete. Are you going to want to do another check yourself?
Yes, we, I've kind of worked through that. Open up any one of them that's good there, Mo.
Or.
Click on anyone.
So, yeah, that'll work. See how he has that complete. Now I know on his end, it's, it's been done.
Now then I, I work off the review tab, go back up to the time.
As I start working through him, I'll be using that review tab.
Do the gun arrow. I forget what's there. We've got in progress and reviews on one of the old ones.
Yeah. Correct.
So once we get to the point where we're complete and reviewed, we know that that one's current.
As of that date. What would be good is if we know.
What was the last date that we did that update?
Because, you know, there, again, as I mentioned, you know, many times I, I see us, this will be a perpetual thing over time once we get through all of them.
We're likely going to cycle back through them and do some more validating.
Yeah. And whether it's, whether it's us or ideally, it'll be the, the customer, the listing company that's coming in and doing their own updates down the road. So again, it would be just be nice to know when the last update was done.
It has a history box here under each listing.
Sure.
Now it shows us the activity, I'm thinking on each page there might be, you might have on their home page or something. I don't know, maybe that list.
It'll just have, you know, last, last updated, whether it was us, whether it was them.
Yeah.
Basically, that's a good idea for SEO.
Thanks.
Right.
There when he Mark says complete, does you want him to assign this as well to you?
So you're kind of like a baton that's getting passed.
It probably should be. Yes. If we were to keep. Okay, I can do that consistent. Yeah. If we're to keep it consistent.
Yeah, that's probably not a bad idea.
Okay.
And then more, I guess you would mark it. Mo is going to mark it as in progress. So complete in progress. Darin means it's now it's darns.
No, he's going to leave it. He's not going to mess with the review tab.
Or.
Yeah. Completed. Sign it to Darren. And then I know that now all the completed ones are the ones I'm going to look through.
And if I get into one and I see it looks good, but I still have a question.
I'm going to mark it as in progress and come back to it if I, you know, can find the answer or whatever.
But if I'm confident that it's going to, you know, it's good, then I will Market reviewed.
Gotcha.
Makes sense.
Do you want him to do the look like these or still have the old images? Do we want to make that part of his process before it goes to you?
There?
I would love to. I, and I kept preaching to, to moston about.
You know, not spending too much time on, on the peripheral stuff because I thought maybe you had some kind of.
Way to do it and enhance it. But as I'm hearing the conversation today, if that's something you want most in doing, then, yeah, we can put him on it.
Why does he do a temper? At least now until let me some thought about how to make the logos. Just maybe there's a quick way to do all of them.
Yeah.
But he's already moving some to you, Darren. Might as well get those really complete.
Yeah. Good idea. I'm, I'm good with that. I just want to make sure. And, Nick, I know you couldn't recall it in our last conversation, but.
I swear to you, there was an email you sent me that they have to be named a specific way.
No, no, no.
No dashes.
No blank spaces in between the words. We want these to be.
Not only SEO.
But GEO.
You know, we want them to all be findable. We want to, we want it to be as strong as we possibly can.
Something. Yeah. Related to something like that. Maybe, mo, when you upload these logo files.
Before you uploaded, just name it kind of with, you know, jt-thorp dash, you know, logo or something.
Yep.
I think the logo file and add in all text as well.
And if I'm, if my memory serves me correct, you cannot use underscore, you cannot leave a space between the names.
But you can use a dash.
Yes.
You know, I think you've said that before, dinner. I don't know. You may be right. I don't. I don't think I've ever given that tip. I don't know. I don't know if there's a difference between underscore and dash. Is there?
I've just used Dash never underscore.
I usually use dash there, actually, so I don't. I don't think the underscore came for me.
Usually I separate the key words. So sum break between just so s.
You know, just so when they scrape the site.
Most people use dashes, I believe.
Yeah, I come from the old school where I know I, and that's why it stuck with me, because I, I've always used underscores.
For.
And what. Yeah, I mean, if you die, you may be. You may know more than I do. I think I've always used dashes, but I'm a little out of date with best practices for resia.
All right, well, let's, let's, let's just for today, we'll, we'll keep it at dashes. No underscores, no gaps.
Okay.
And typically name it, you know, obviously the companies logo that you're working on.
Yep.
And maybe I'm in mo, you have opinions as well, but go to the web, go to scaffold exchange front end website, like go to view this page, jt thorpe, hit the view page next to notes.
Right here, right over here.
Yep.
So I think what dare and I were thinking, you know, the goal is to get this kind of complete so it's fairly accurate.
But then to encourage them.
To, you know, come in and update this to be 100 perfect for them.
One of the things we were going to let them do if they subscribed was to put an image at the very top, that hero image.
Yes.
I do. So I think that was our thought. But during when I was looking at the ones that we had, you know, this, it looks a lot better when there is an image up there that's kind of tailored for them.
We could go, we could change our thing and just save that's part of the free plan.
Wow. Mo is a completing them. He could pull a picture to just update those to, Darren. What do you, what is your thought?
We'll kind of picture what you put there.
And I agree with you. We talked about it last time that, you know, I think any picture there and the paid version would allow them to change that to whatever picture they would like.
That's a good idea.
I don't know what, what we would give them as a.
I mean, if it's generic, it would have to be, I think, generic crossed all.
Let me get you an iteration by the end of today. I can make a simple template and then have make generate images based off that template.
Okay.
Not opposed to that.
Okay.
I'm sure it would be one standardized free picture or what?
I'm, I'm, I'm thinking so. I'm just thinking out loud because I know we briefly talked about it.
I just don't know what that image would be. And do you want to do it different for every one of them?
We can. Maybe there's some image on all their websites have some pictures, whether they're great or not is another story.
Well, I have a few ideas, and I think we can add in some marketing language for scaffold exchange in there as well.
And keep it in the branding of our own.
Brand logo colors.
And mention very subtly with an ICTA, that get premiered to update this background image to a more personalized one, something like that.
But I can give you some iterations. Two or three AI generated won't take long as well, which you can review and then we can just go, I can get the text in there change to the business name we have, or it could be just showing scaffolds. It doesn't have need to have any personalized things related to the business itself.
That they're personalized to our own business to be able to market ourselves.
I kind of like that idea.
Yeah. I think something fair. But I just maybe not too distracting because we're going to have this on thousands of pages, so we don't want to make it look like a Las Vegas billboard.
Yeah.
Yep.
Very simple.
But the other thing is, mode that you and me probably do not know is like, go back to the home page of scaffold exchange.
Yeah.
Just click on the logo.
You know, I, Darren is the expert. He's been in this industry for a long time, and he's very knowledgeable.
I, when I was building this framework of this site, I used stock art.
So he has opinions like that picture right there is not even a compliant scaffold. It looks like to you and me, it probably looks like it's a real thing.
But to Darren, he probably cringes to see that.
Yeah.
So I think keep that in mind that we, anytime we use photographs, we probably need to now get Aaron's opinion and say, is this even a decent stock art?
Yeah.
Got it.
Because we're gonna, we're gonna have to change that stuff a little bit. Even that this one we need to change probably in a bunch of other.
Makes sense. Makes sense.
I mean, if you need help with images or design work, I, I can help you there as well. I'm good with design tools and I have access to the adobe creator Suite.
The stock images as well. So I can use those to get some really nice images for you guys.
Yeah. Darren, if you want to go through and identify the ones that look like just outrageously wrong, you know, that might help if Mo kind of creates using stock images, a slight.
Size version for some different placements.
I mo, I just used the unsplash, you know, the free stock. That API.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
So that's kind of where it pulled a lot of this stuff.
So you.
But for SC, we could personalize it, look for more depth.
Yeah, there's probably a few like this that would make sense to upgrade.
I think it's on our list.
So that you have to dare it if he wants your help with that.
Okay.
Sure.
We could have a guy falling off the scaffold, too, Darren, if you want.
So.
Easy cowboy.
Here we go. Found it.
You can upload a picture called image 4521 jpeg or screenshot.
You know, 2004 11.
At 2 47 p.m. we need to be clear naming.
Conventions that matches the article.
Whatever that means.
Rules for file names.
All lowercase words separated by dashes, no spaces, no underscores.
Descriptive of what the article is about.
Always ends and jpeg PNG or the latest and greatest for speed. We need to be naming them webp files.
For all, all pictures.
Can I send this to both you guys?
Sure.
All right, so a little direction around that. And, yeah, let's, mo, we'll, we'll, we'll talk about the, the hero banners and pictures. I think that forgive me. I kind of got lost there a little bit.
But, and, yeah, I've tried a few of them AI.
And they're okay.
But they don't look real.
At the end of the day.
And I don't know that, you know, for the hero banner, I don't know that that's critical, but, but, and forgive me if I'm repeating anything.
Nick, we agreed.
One across the top and maybe a little bit of exchange marketing in that one.
That'll be consistent until.
The listing company goes in and changes it themselves.
Yeah.
I'm sorry, Darren. Say that last thing again.
Well, the hero banner, the one we're putting at the top of each page, I agree with you. We need, it needs to be something other than a blank page up there. So if we create one that is standard, like you say, not looking like a Vegas billboard, but yet just a common scaffold picture.
That we, we have our logo in it that ultimately the listing company, when they start paying, they can go in and change that.
Yep.
Right. Yeah, I think that's the idea.
I mean, that, that image will not, will just be kind of a part of our template, so it's not going to be a unique one for every listing there. We just our stock placeholder.
Okay.
Yep.
Yep.
So it won't be as good as when they upload their own. We could probably have that file named something better for SEO for that specific business.
Right.
You know, like their logo will be that company's name, dash logo. So that, that actually will help the SEO for that listing page.
Hero image was, you know, their business name slash, you know, main image or whatever we want to call that thing.
That probably would also be better because that's at the top of the web. You know, that's the top of JT Thor.
There. So although it would be a standard template that we would use, a standard image we would use, each one of them, even though it's not their low or their Banner hero Banner, we still want to rename it for SEO purposes.
I don't.
Yep.
I don't know if that violates, like, if, if we want to do a nice, clean template, I think that's an improvement because the site will look better.
There's, there's penalties, though, when you repeat the same, like if we had one stock image and we renamed it a thousand times, JT Thorpe hero, you know, ATI construction hero, the exact same that, you know, they don't like duplicating anything.
I don't know.
You're absolutely right.
I don't know what that does as any benefit.
You're absolutely right.
So I probably wouldn't do that. I would just, let's upload our templated image that will be present on every location just to make our site look better.
Yeah. Got it.
And, and then when they upload their own, that's where we customize the URL of that image file.
Perfect sense. Yes. You're absolutely right. AI will.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And if we have like 300 companies, we'll have 1300 template images. That's basically spam.
Yeah.
Yeah. I think it's not. I don't think that's, that might hurt us. It's probably not worth the.
Energy.
For a non sel guy, that was some pretty good logic that come out your mouth.
I probably heard it from you, dere.
All right. Very good. Well, what do you think of, what do you think of his process at this point, Nick?
I think it's very smart. Yeah. He's thinking of a lot of mo, you're coming up with a lot of good ideas.
And, like, the more, the more the merrier.
Granolan? Thank you. I will keep, we'll keep talking.
So.
Yeah, I just, I'll try to fix those few things just so they don't slow you down the saving error.
Yep, that's priority.
The tat and the task, making the tasks a little bit easier to enter.
Yep.
I, I.
And assigned by as well.
Signed by yep and uploading the files, the docs.
I don't know if.
It was things I'll try to do today to fix that.
Why don't you just keep using your automations for populating the database? I will experiment with.
Fire crawl and making that other stuff better.
Okay.
And then once I change it, I'll explain it to you so you can test it.
Yep.
If you want to make a video at some point, like if you're working on your process and you make a loom of your automations.
It's probably a little bit, it would be better if we build into the tool because then it will be even faster for you.
So once you have a recipe that works, we could probably kind of copy it into this.
Yep.
Okay. So right now I'm working on codex. That's chat GPT. And you mentioned we are using anthropic. So that's one difference.
Yeah, we, I mean, we could, I have, I'm paying for most of these, so, yeah, codex, I could probably build in if we, if we find that that's better.
Yeah. And I think codex might be cheaper as well in comparison.
Okay, let me, let me, I can probably even give us an option of both.
Yeah.
I mean, anthropic just rolled out a new update a few days ago. So each of them keeps going back and forth with what's the better one of this week.
There at war. And I have in tropic working as well. The thing is they don't give you a browser where it works for you just like codex. That's the only reason why I'm not using it for their network.
And I, I just heard this morning that.
SpaceX or, I don't know, his, one of his companies.
Just signed a mutual agreement, first writer refusal to buy.
Cursor data.
Which apparently is the premier.
Code.
So, yeah, cursor was created by a pakistani guy.
Yeah, apparently it's, it's, it's, it's, it's taken.
I don't even know the terminology, a code architect, a guy who normally writes code to build stuff.
It's currently the, the, the, the code of all code will cursor is taking it from that architect or that Builder's point of view.
To the point to where he said, you know, everything from anthropic to chat gbt and, and claude, albeit good platforms, it's not good at writing code.
Well, cursor is what now Gronk is going to be based on.
And Gronk just came out with a 5.0 after doing two months of doing a bunch of, you know, data analytics.
And, and so it's going to be great.
Better for writing back in code is, is.
What I understood out of it. So again, I don't, I don't know well enough to speak to it.
But for you it guys, you can, you can look at that stuff, I guess.
Yeah.
They're all fighting with each other. They're all probably fairly similar now, and they're, you know, every week there's new up. One of them cursor. I, I think, to my understanding is just a software IDE where it's.
Kind of like.
Bs code where you kind of can use any model inside cursor.
Is that correct?
Mo?
Cursor makes your life easier if you want an app development thing. Cursor is basically the thing that killed app developments app development jobs because now people are just typing in what they want and it's making those applications for you. This is cursor. It's typing code while your wipe coding, basically. Right.
Got it. But I think it's, it's utilizing. I haven't used cursor, but I mostly do, like, this site idea.
Yeah.
It can do anything.
It can, it can build HTML, python, Json, anything you want.
JavaScript, anything.
But I think the language behind the, the LLM, like it, if you open up cursor, you actually choose, you know, claude, you choose codecs, you use grok. You use one of models inside cursor. Cursor is almost like Photoshop.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
Where it's the software.
Yeah.
So I.
It's the software.
Correct.
Think, I think probably Elon is trying to just have an interface to use Grok.
Well.
And cursor is kind of a program. But I think they, you know, they're not as important as the model behind it, like the language.
Is.
Yeah, I don't know, but I do know this, that he's going to pay something like a hundred million dollars. And even if he doesn't.
A hundred billion dollars or some crazy number.
And if, if he doesn't buy the company still by the end of this year, he's got the first round of refusal right now.
At the end of the year, he will still owe them $10 billion, whether he buys the company or not.
10 billion with a b.
I was like, who could do that? I mean, come.
On. Only.
How.
All right, so, Nick, are you good with how we're, we're check marking the, the filters at this point.
I think so. Yeah, but I guess he probably that's more for you to just double check that review stage and to make sure you think it's fairly accurate.
But I think the, the thought, the, the recipe seems to make sense to me.
Okay.
And I've asked him to, you know, any of these codes, any of these programs he's creating. I don't know what to call them to just be sure and drop them in docs and links. So you've got access to them at all times.
Yeah. Okay.
All right.
And other than that, most.
I still have, you know, I'm still kicking out quotes and various things, but I'm, I'm jumping over and I'm, I'm reviewing them. It's going to be my goal to have Colorado done this week.
In its entirety.
Yeah.
What would you want me to do? Because I think I will be done with Colorado. I don't think I have any other listings.
If you say that there are more, I'll keep looking.
Otherwise, should I still pause after today?
No, don't pause. Let's go ahead and move. Let's pick Utah as the next stage.
Okay. Okay. Perfect.
And then we'll move into that one.
And just rinse and repeat.
Okay. Got it. So I'm going to check tutorial click.
Are we using another reference, Darren, to just make sure, like, the data in there right now is Google my business.
So.
Which are the Google Maps, but do you want him to do any other, like, look at it, any of those other websites to just see, do we find extras, or is that what you're already doing?
That's what we're, we're doing now. We good, a good source. But then also, and, and again, this is where I think maybe you're into enhanced AI could do the same thing.
But correct me if I'm wrong, motion, but you were you, you did a different scrape.
For Colorado and you found a bunch of others.
Yeah. But I just had to give it, gave it a simple prompt and it produced those sheets for me.
Let me pull one up.
Real quick.
What he discovered in that scrape.
Were several of the companies that offer the multi craft services, which I, I found, you know, surprising.
Because our, you know, our first scraping, granted, you know, nick will always tell you that it was just a very generic scrape from the beginning. But, but it's still a good scrape.
Mo's found a lot of those multi craft companies that were not caught in our initial one.
So again, I only volunteer that.
If, if there's some enhancements we can make within the system that saves us that step.
That's kind of what I was hoping to accomplish today.
Well, the other hole in the thing is that I script Google my business just based on the category.
So they had to Mark their businesses scaffolding, you know, as.
As one of their categories.
I think Mo, as, you know, Darren and I are a lot, you know, help a lot of businesses with marketing, and a lot of them don't do that very well.
I get it.
So there could be a lot of businesses that just either didn't update their categories properly or they might link themselves into some sort of construction category that's not scaffolding.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, I.
Maybe, maybe there's some other categories we should scrape and then look through those somehow.
Should share with, with Nick, what you had to do to come up with those so that we can, and, and again, this is my last, I was going to save this for the end, because I think this is, you know,
We have to be thinking as far in the future as we possibly can.
Without, you know, creating too much workforce today.
But whether it's additional scrapes in the future or whether it's.
You know, emotion who's, who's doing additional follow-ups down the road.
Aside from clients or listing companies going in and editing themselves, I can see it's just continuing to do this. And where it comes.
Comes, I, I think important to me is when I start scraping for new scaffold companies that start up.
And, you know, how I'm not going to be able to reach out. It's likely we will.
Not won't.
But it will from a used equipment standpoint.
But we'll be adding.
Ones in, you know, periodically, I think indefinitely.
For as long as we're doing this.
Quite honestly. So I don't, I don't know if there's any, any automated processes.
You can build into that.
But I think if we have last date updated, we keep track of what we're working on. I can see when we get to the end that we might just cycle through all the ones that have not gone in personally and updated themselves.
Just to keep it current and, and real.
Yeah.
We could do something like that.
So I only say, you know, just keep in the back of your mind as, as you're building out.
I, I don't know how.
How we add.
New ones or update.
New ones.
I don't even know if that's an issue as I'm sitting here thinking about it.
But, yeah.
Because all of the current businesses that exist make up the market. And if you have all the current, you have the market.
New ones, when they become visible to you, we can add those. I can keep an eye or find some way of automating that. To be very honest, if, if I think of it now, you can set up codex to.
Basically do stress for you every hour of the day on different times to find up something new comes up. And if it comes up with something new.
I can go in and make sure to add those businesses for you. Once you're done with all of the big lists we have already.
Okay.
Yeah. Because codex and cardboard offer this option to be able to work while you sleep. So basically that agent is going to turn on my system, do the stress. I'm not working there. And when I come back in a while, it will give me a lot of results that I can check if there's any.
Or you could check.
Basically.
All right.
Very cool.
Okay, perfect.
All right.
Yeah. Nice to meet you, mo.
Same here. Nice. Nice to find a dog. Sorry about last time I was out for dinner and it all got into a mess and I couldn't make it.
So I'm really sorry about last time.
At. Good. It was a good dinner. It sounded like a good place.
It was really fun. Yeah.
It was indeed.
Good.
All right.
And is, is teams working for you? Okay, Nick, can we do like this when we, when we need to?
This video, I mean, this is fine. I probably would prefer not to have to have another chat or something. I have to check. I just feel like the tassel work better for me, durian, because it was just at least it's all in one place.
If you really need to, maybe the email, Nick, at scaffold exchange.
Yep.
Makes.
All right now. Let's keep it all in here. That's, that's good.
Yeah. Maybe let's make our tasks here because I'm.
Gonna, I think I'm, I'm gonna over, overwhelm myself.
Okay.
All right, guys. Well, thank you for sticking, sticking around.
All right.
Where are you located?
Mo?
Pakistan.
Ckers? Okay, you're a cricket fan.
Yeah.
No.
Zero interest in that kind of stuff. I mean, people go crazy over it. I love sports. I watch UFC and football.
I love sport.
S.
And. Okay. Yeah.
Yeah, I would do a big cr7 and messify, but mbappe is also really good.
Well, I.
So.
Yeah.
Yeah. Because then I go on these trips with my father and we just a few months ago, we went to Australia to see one of the, it's called the ashes, which is a kind of a big.
England versus Australia Cricket. So I learned. I learned that forward. And then, then a lot of the, I was sitting next to someone in the stands from India.
Yeah.
Who was explaining, you know, all the Indian cricket and the T20, and there's a lot of other versions of.
I'm really passionate about it. That's what I would say.
Yeah.
All right.
Well.
I'm gonna talk to. You watch the on Netflix.
I would.
No, I have the subscription for this basically top man application, which gives me all the access to life matters.
So I watch it through that. I recently watched where I half slept in between. But sean sickland versus khamza. That was dangerous.
Okay, they had a big, I think Netflix to remain. Ronda, some of the, our big women, old women Fighters. I don't know if you saw that one.
Yeah.
No.
No, no. I don't.
Watch.
They're all good. If you watched.
Yeah.
It's kind of funny how Justin gaethje ended up going as the president. Justin gaethje is the nephew of my sister in law.
Yeah, we had gaichi over back in.
2013.
Actually 13 and 14.
When. When gaethje was just catching traction.
He came over. We, we always do our Thanksgivings, you know, it was a whole big family and whatnot, but, yeah, you came over to the house.
And hung out with us for several hours. And of course, we went to his wedding that he had and he goes to all the hour wedding. So we run into him quite frequently.
And get to watch him. But he's turned out to be a pretty cool, cool dude. He does. He does pretty good, too.
Yeah.
Is he is fighting the White House?
Yeah. He, he was actually, I was surprised. He and a couple others were selected to, to do one of the fights at the white house coming up.
Oh, maybe Jake Paul is in there, too. Right. And, and like you, Mosin, I've been, I've been a fan of UFC since, since the infant days. I was going to, I was going to UFC championship Pride championship.
Bouts in Salt Lake City.
Where I could sit right on the ring where the commentators and the coaches and everybody sit back in the day. It was, it was always cool. It would be really nice. Wouldn't that be fun?
Yeah, I love it.
You can take murder the White House, Darren.
I'm crazy for these.
Wouldn't that be a kick, huh? Oh, yeah. I mean, there are people I don't like in the white house, but. Yeah, right. I don't think I could even get on the White House background check on me. I probably wouldn't be allowed within 50 miles of that place.
To be very honest. We don't even want to see the ballroom that's being built on your money.
Right? So true.
Yeah.
All right, guys. Okay.
Okay.
Well, thank you.
All right, no problem. Thank you, Nick. Take care, guys.
Bye.
