Hello.
Hello.
Side nice.
Living the dream.
Living the dream.
You gotta actually couch outside.
Oh yeah couch I mean if you want I can move to the table make it all official.
Waterproof.
We have a couch cover for it too.
Other things.
Things are good ish.
Youh know need to make some modifications to the app and I'm having a hard time doing it I'm laptop frustrating.
Well.
Can't find the mono repo.
I think they got an update that they changed the API did you see them the google ads one.
So that might change something.
Can you give me permission I was trying to do something to give it permission to.
Use.
The github repo.
But it it's pending because it needs your approval.
GitHub I just did it this morning.
It needs it needs your permission.
So where did I see then.
I don't know what emailed me.
Otherwise it might be in github.
Okay in github.
Project.
Well our main one.
I've learned my laptop is not as good as dealing with my my lifestyle.
You're also breaking up.
Yeah.
Well I have this pin I have a spinny wheel.
Let me show you.
Go under Pixel.
Tools.
Yeah and see if anything comes up.
Nearest fix unless you see two oh.
Doesn't ask for anything.
You did something.
Four days ago.
Yeah.
I'm trying to do stuff the last two days and haven't had any luck.
I created a.
Where does it live?
It's deploy key.
I think nope not a deploy key.
I got an email.
Or.
It sent me an email.
Seeing.
Well I still sell selling board.
Okay.
He has no time to do his own his better version of us with his own app.
So he said so he said you guys can keep doing what you're doing which I'm not sure he believes as much.
Perfect.
But.
Enough.
I said that's the sarmada.
That's what we do.
At least another month of that guy I'm gonna see if you can.
Do anything useful and he maybe he'll keep.
It.
I don't know I don't see any email from go get.
Try to find.
Computer stuck.
Want to show you we have activation this would be this medium.
In.
A fine grained personal access token.
Has been added to your account.
And then you can view the token.
When I click view token it takes me to that screen.
Give me the ur.
L.
Sure.
Laptop's thinking about.
Yeah it's saying I requested access.
Near the only other person that could access from.
Remember.
The dylan said marvel.
Yeah.
Up 30% today.
You buy it.
But I see it on my list.
Just put it in chat but it says it's only visible to me.
Sean what do you mean I see your link.
Yeah I don't know it just said only visible to you.
When you're ready so I click here now verification code.
Github very very protected.
Okay.
You see this.
Perfect.
That's what happens when I click your link and I put my code in my it's emailed me a code.
So I think you're fine then you're probably have accidents.
Show request.
Did I add this get sojo in here.
Yeah we have it.
Where is it out here so okay.
So try to go.
Take out the number at the end and just try to go to settings personal access tokens.
Yeah.
This.
So I created one of those and it says.
It's pending.
It's waiting for admin approval to make any changes.
Here.
Stuck I can't.
Get anything.
On the board without it.
Just close the tab I guess.
All right you need to do this now.
Give me one second.
The profile picture in the upper right corner click organization settings pending requests.
Don't go back to get hub.
Upper right corner.
Settings.
Or organizations organizations.
Lost the apps.
Settings.
Go back.
I think you wanted to click that settings next to it there we go yeah that's probably fine.
Yep.
Then.
Personal access tokens in the left sidebar.
Was there appending something.
Pending down down down down down on the left pending left sidebar.
Pending yes.
Proof.
Okay now we can onboard.
All right.
Okay.
Ing of dojo.
Let's see here we go are they in here already?
I don't know.
Good yep.
Haven't.
So good just here let's make them a manager.
Okay.
So.
They paid their contract.
Just say it's for June.
Okay.
This should be in here.
Actually maybe so you have them.
I mean this one I think I may do I'm going to show you kind of what they want.
They've told me a lot so I may just do it so you don't have to do this first setup.
And then before I introduce you before I disappear I'm going to try a little different tactic with these guys.
Optimization score is real bad.
Come.
We want them in your prospects.
In.
I don't.
Know I already moved them a manager so I can move my prospects.
So I think I'm gonna just do the setup I'll show you in a second but where is it?
They are here.
This guy on this little guy I'm not sure where he was sending him this contract many times and he doesn't get it so that guy is.
A little weirdo.
Deep blue any day now you need to know.
Partisan in your activity activation.
So they are just called activation all right.
Yeah yeah we're getting very lit I don't know this needs to be looked at but not too much coming through up working right now.
All right.
I think this is a good sign look at this this was May.
I gotta clean it up so you can get paid.
But I think this is accurate I don't think did we lose anybody just clone them all in June.
Yeah it's a good sign this one I got to make sure I can pay so he technically should have paid us this last month.
Who were the new ones that gets so Joe is the new one was there somebody else starting?
Okay those look legit.
I haven't heard you say too much to this guy I think we probably need to do something to see if you looked at that one at all.
Yeah I've been working on it.
Good anything good to tell him.
Cost I mean really just I think he had it pretty stable account but if anything maybe the lead cost coming down would be good.
Okay.
Yeah this guy said to continue.
But.
Oh John did I say something to him yet?
You told me yesterday okay so that's.
It John.
The other.
One was Rachel what was the new account.
So we should make a new one here what's it called?
Network.
EMD.
So you put them as a prospect activation or.
What.
I haven't done anything with them yet.
Just put them in our list so I can get their billings I'm just an eraser bill basically.
What's their website.
I'm sure there's cheer.
What's their website.
Ing trying to figure that out.
Caleb.
So you and Rachel just I don't see much of that communication she's on your radar.
That's cuz she uses a different email.
And base camp.
You know just to really keep things.
Kingdom there you go.
It's in the chat.
Okay so there and there.
She.
Ll just I'll just pay charge of credit card so we'll put this one in your.
Stage.
This one is 400 400.
First one excuse pain as normal.
Hopefully.
All right.
Just yet so you know there's still still a chance.
Well we have a credit card.
All right so that's that one so I should put that one in here.
Income 61.
Kingdom come.
Okay.
And then.
Oh the other one was the meta I'll just confirm so I guess we'll do 200 per.
So for current.
Clients that have Google ads we will do meta for 200.
Now again.
And we can put restriction so what do we don't do content so they have to supply us content.
Yes.
And what do we do.
We make.
Audiences.
We'll do audiences we'll do placements we'll do reporting.
Build the ads.
You have the pixel you know how to do the pixels so we drag the like in this guy's case it would be that request quote.
I'll help them set up the pixel or I'll set it up but you know I like them to add us to the pixel.
But.
Yes I need help with content.
I would like to.
I'll email him today.
Start charging more and getting into the content business.
We want to get in the content business?
I feel like if we get in the content business we need somebody who's actually good with content to help us.
Yeah.
I don't know.
Maybe that can be I think we just keep.
We're doing something right I think just keep adding these first tier stuff.
All right.
So.
I guess those will be the new guys I will email the meta guy the only other thing he asked which he asked for a price.
Which I think would be a good idea something in here.
So basically I think his plan he's adding a franchise or two so he's gonna have maybe three or four locations he's in charge of this one marks in charge of this one probably selling them something else in Phoenix or something like that.
He wants to control you know he's gonna kind of help manage all of the franchisees ads hopefully with our support.
And I guess each location has those landing pages each location goes to this request a quote form.
This they're doing on pay per clip I think he said paper or something or other paper form.
I didn't I was on a call with their they use a CRM that's three are able which I don't think we've ever seen aside from I was on a call with their tech support and mark.
They didn't have a great form Builder so that's why they're using this third party form.
I think he's copying and pasting the email notifications I believe into that spreadsheet he sent us.
Okay.
Which.
I didn't really get a full explanation of this.
But I think he's just self-managing this thing I think with.
Basically he's getting an email alerts I guess when we're getting him leads he credited he said the ads were starting to get good decent quality leads so I don't know if we're seeing that in Google ads but it seemed like yesterday he said that.
I don't know if that's what was your thought but he said it's doing something which is good.
So basically I think what he has is different leads coming into one location I guess none of them say merit out ray which would be.
That's that's my friend's location.
What is this?
So I do show a few thank you forms it was going to a 404 page so it wasn't working until just a day or two.
So.
Okay.
But like with the colors mean.
Well basically I think that he's using this kind of.
Self managed manual process.
When we talked briefly with his CRM and I just said we can probably help him automate this little funnel so because what he wants is ultimately the leads to come in through his website they get assigned to a location for that owner to process and then that owner kind of updates if they were sold or not sold or what what have you.
And then the Google click IDs will be part of that so ultimately there could be optimal conversions.
Okay.
None of them really in place other than he shared this yesterday he's missing the Google click ID.
And this kind of manual so he said what would it cost?
To help him like automate.
Basically this incoming form to a little process for his franchisees.
Sounds like lead Pixel to me.
So does that lead pixel.
That's lead pixel Nick.
How do we do because it's one form.
Multiple locations?
Send it to a different thank you page.
So it says thank you.
All thank you.
Corn sir thank you Marina Del rey or whatever.
But the form is the same because the form.
The form is the same.
So like let's see even see if this one has anything nope.
This is our first little working example lead Pixel with national drying.
So you're you're not delivering a lot of leads yet.
Nope.
I mean.
Seems like it's very dry.
It is.
But essentially the this captures these by their form has a web book.
So I forget what forms gerlene had for them but their form.
We entered a webhook that the web hook is actually here managed by leadPixel right here.
See this?
So right now I have two webbed hooks potentially set up for.
Every account so every account she has three right now but nothing is tied into these other ones but you go you flipped the client you go to settings the settings have kind of general stuff.
You can kind of rename stages and things per client but also.
I didn't activate these but basically each client has unique web hooks for them that come into Supabase.
This is one for their form.
This is one for their call.
When they come in.
The first time they come in.
Like since they sent something over to this webhook a few days ago these were the fields on the web hook the web webhook sends this JSON.
Basically pack it to the web and that JSON is more or less just field.
And so this is the information that is being sent by their webhook via JSON to our system and then you take their fields the fields could be anything because it's you know probably different on everybody's form but we'll see them and then you can choose like this is the name so you kind of have the first time you see them you take them and you map them in.
Well one of their form fields is location.
So.
So not on the individual pages so they have they have a main form that goes to thank you all that one has that one's that pop up.
And then if they're on torrents it goes to thank you torrent on Marina del where it goes to thank you Marina del right.
Well thank you page is different I mean that's good for the conversion separation but it isn't.
Now but they I would I.
Can you do it based off of Vince.
Or.
Because you know if you're making it a bit you could do it you know what page they were on when they did the form or referring page if you use the thank you.
There's nothing on the location on this form because if this form had a location.
Hold on which former you want go back.
Fall.
Ing.
So go to the main go to the home page.
And go to a service.
And then click get quote.
That one has a location.
Scrolled right past it.
Okay so this form potentially.
Well who is that going to separate because so lead Pixel basically would if every client wants to have their unique thing I need to have separate webhooks.
So.
So each one needs its own form.
Right.
Ultimately yeah.
And it would be however many lead pixel setups as there are.
Locations so right now there'd be two different lead pixel setups.
So like for the client it would be revol.
Ence revolty Marina del re.
How does.
Every so how do we have their unique form have a separate weblog.
Because they're right.
Veal I don't know how web hooks work I'm not a web hook connoisseur like you.
Let me just think of berries one form and the web hook is essentially like what do you want to have happen after this gets filled out most form tools say email me an alert.
Or put it on google sheets or save it to my WordPress.
You know form database whatever it is.
Yeah.
But couldn't you just have four different forms.
Some.
Where.
You have every form was very separated in each form had a web hook.
I mean I could probably make a custom little tool for him.
Or volley like lead Pixel version.
That would be a little different maybe simpler than this.
See doesn't necessarily need contacts companies.
Because I think what he really has is just this spreadsheet he puts all of his leads in here they all come in and he just kind of assigns them.
I believe.
This call rail works is you have one call rail for all of them.
Yeah I added.
A separate.
Pool.
I did two number pools.
Because they have different area codes.
By.
The way what does this have to do with so.
Only because it's on my to-do list today to give him a price all right I'll think about that.
Well what are we doing with so what do I need to do with so.
So Joe I think I'm just gonna do this one today because she's been in good communication with me I feel like I can't disappear but let me explain it to you at least so you should have it right now in your.
Activation.
Good.
What.
Happened to the oh here.
Yeah it's up here okay so I'll I'll just do this one and then I think I'll update.
Her and you after I do this today but essentially this is their where is their website.
So.
I think there you know been in business for a while I think they have a pretty legit business it seems like it's mostly female owned.
The owner is this lady joy I think the founder.
Where.
They are they on here somewhere.
I'm not sure they're not even listed.
But basically there's a woman joy she's I think the founder they've had two other people on the calls I probably met with them two or three times she has two marketing people Tais.
And Susie who were kind of trying to.
Think they had an employee that was doing Google ads for them pretty badly that employee left so it got transferred these two new ladies.
They were all trying to make their you know kind of figure out what's been happening the owner has been on the calls it's been pretty disappointing because their ads pretty much sucked they were getting a lot of just junk clicks.
They spending I think maybe.
Two.
5k a month I believe quite a bit.
And they were just getting very weak saw surge terms.
So.
The I guess the spirit of this business is they're targeting.
Airbnb owners and vacation rental property owners that I guess want to give every guest like a little packet of supplies.
I don't know if that's a normal perk that you get in most airbnbs.
Is normal especially with vacation rental companies.
Okay so I think they kind of automate the whole process where you create an account and then somehow it sees your calendar of turnover and a kind of arranges a shipment to every guest.
Oh that's nice.
So I think it's kind of a cool automated thing I don't know if they work with a certain CRM that vacation rentals use to be able to see the calendar.
But I think they have a fairly amount.
Of they have a good amount of clients and I think they're trying to expand they don't seem very frugal so I think it's.
Probably a good long-term client if we can do well.
The difficulty probably is the search terms are a little bit gray because they're kind of.
That makes sense.
So I think that was kind of the struggle with whoever was doing this before is one they didn't have conversions set up very well.
And then to the search campaigns were pretty broad.
They were doing maybe some PMax and some other things I think what the plan is we were going to just kind of start from the basics rebuild a simple search campaign and then maybe slowly expand to other things.
Session or two Tais who's kind of was the lead was starting to rebuild this but I think she got a little overwhelmed last week so the owner Joy said what would it take for us to just do it for them and then they can kind of be.
You know they'll be available and they'll help but they.
I think the owner wants us just to do it because I think her employees are doing it too slow.
Enough.
Okay so basically she started this one campaign this campaign is referenced.
I don't know if you have this dock.
I do not have any documents from them.
This one should be shared to Google at Pixeloc.
I do.
So this is all related to this first search campaign with different ad groups.
At group one through through six.
Different search terms.
The brand and a prospecting.
There's two documents a brand and a prospecting document.
I think when we met I met them on Thursday or Friday yeah I think.
She had brand or something built into this one I said that we should take that out of it so maybe she did create a second talk where's the brand luck.
Say I just did shared with me under the Google.
Shared with me.
But I think you're in yours.
I have this one in mind can you put me on the other one?
Well so I don't have that what's is that one prospecting paid media prospecting.
Yeah.
So that's one you want the Brandy one too.
Just add you to this one too I mean you're on Google on this one.
Yeah Google's on both of them.
But if you can add the Nick at the other one so I can see both.
Now I'm going to do I'll try to set these up today.
Okay there you go.
Where's the brand.
Shared it with you.
It's probably in your inbox that says you know your notification or something.
Should it be shared already?
I just did it.
Well it's usually instant.
Well it might be sitting in your inbox.
Okay.
There we go.
You're sure the same one.
No one's prospecting in one's brand.
Did I not share the brand one.
Are you sure brimming brand is just in this?
No there's one that's called brand campaign.
No.
You're right I just shared the same one with you again because you know wanted to make sure you had it.
There you go.
Got.
It.
Okay so here's brand all right.
So there'll be two campaigns brand and a prospecting prospecting has multiple ad groups the multiple ad groups are in here one through six I think she created this one number one.
I'll try to get the rest of these done today and I'll have the brand then I'll make a video for her and then introduce you as well.
Did it for you man.
This is this is that this is with hours of my coaching sport.
Okay.
And then I overwhelm them and they want us to do it.
Well this overwhelms me.
So.
They're pretty on it so when they have multiple people three people working on this so they could be a little bit we'll see I think if I set it up they probably will be.
There I think they're very all of a sudden they're in a rush to get this set up even though it took them weeks to do their steps.
So trying my best to get this today I'll send them an email it'll be maybe a better way to introduce you we'll have done something.
So it creates the right.
The right baton pass I think.
That's all I know I think they have everything else set up in here I believe.
So we have.
The goals.
Yeah there's a basically there's two calls to action.
On their website the main one I think is a get a sample so I guess you get some sort of box.
That has so there's one event here.
Boom boom and then there's another one where I think they get a box and then someone from their team reaches out to create like a zoom or they.
Yeah goal is the meeting.
Yeah so the median step two but I think some people if you just want to cut to the chase you can schedule a meeting.
So in Google ads I believe we have both goals so here's the sample form.
These were junk.
This is the median make these happen very much.
A lot of these we couldn't delete because there was some sort of smart campaigns but they're all secondary so I think this is pretty much.
There isn't much to do here.
You want to pro tip for setting up this campaign that's going to make your life a million times easier.
Google ads editor export the sheet put it in clod put their crazy spreadsheet in quad to claw to update the csv with that tell it to double check everything for errors.
Then you.
Do do an import and it's all in editor it's done.
But.
In editor first x I export a sample doc.
Just export what's in there now.
So that.
The whole thing.
Clog see exactly what's in there.
And have the account set up.
So you go in you you download it you do you know get recent updates and then you just go to file and export.
And then it'll.
Go to a download folder or whatever and then you just add that to claude and say.
Here's the Google ed ed editor CSV here's how I'd like the account structure rebuild the CSV double check everything make sure there are no errors if you want to change anything like they didn't have a dynamic headline or anything like that if you wanted to add any of that.
Cloud could do that.
And then when it's done you import it into.
Editor and then you can review it all in editor before you post it.
Okay you done it and it doesn't screw it up.
A lot of times it it sometimes will do some weird things like it'll add like a row of length for like pictures or something so you just have to look at the errors and delete some stuff sometimes or you know it won't be able to add a logo or something to add a logo to clear out errors but.
If there are errors they're usually pretty minor.
Okay that's good I will try then.
I think you'll be impressed.
Especially for how thorough they're.
Sheet is.
You're setting up you're going to include me.
Anything else we need to discuss with so Joe.
Think so she put me on slack so I don't know if we'll need that.
But she sent me a few pings on slack.
So let me see what I can do to set this up I'll introduce you.
Are you in slack sometimes.
And we've got it.
There.
Is that how you're communicating a squim.
Yeah.
Okay yeah let me do this one and that's good.
Anything else?
I'm just trying to get stuff moving.
So I can get these reports out.
It might be an agency analytics report again.
I will let you know if I need anything else I guess.
Alright.
All right goatee.
Be around okay all right bye.
